General comment: if people around here would use a more mature and less insultive language, they would get along better.

I know that science does not know exactly and in all detail how hearing works. So yes, differences in perception (for reasons as outlined by the above poster) could well be an additional parameter. However, I'm not a perceptional scientist so I won't take a position. Maybe the poster provides some bibliographic references to relevant literature.

Further, if perception is as varying as it was said, comparative reviews don't make any sense altogether. What's more, reviews in general would probably not make any sense altogether. Maybe I was right when saying that I don't trust my ears!

And no, I do not agree or disagree with the statement that DBT community is quacks simply because I don't know that community. It may well be that there are perceptional scientists among these "naive DBT engineers" in which case....
