So why's it here.The answer to your question is a properly executed DBT, either ABX or ABC/hr, depending on how you want to do it.
These things are not easy to do, I agree. But that is how you show that your perceptions are in fact in consistant and falsifiable.
N.B. Some kinds of single blind test would work, of course, if they are computer administered, at least.
