>Nonsense. It offers the same level of proof as we have for all other scientific knowledge which ultimately rests on observation. Scientific knowledge is formulated based on observations and using that knowledge to make predictions which are then tested by further observations. If no valid contradictory observations occur it will become increasingly accepted as reliable by those educated in that particular field.

Of course, whether that scientific knowledge is accepted by those without an education in the particular field will depend on many factors<
