Maybe someone mentioned this, but now people are listening, and have access to more music than ever. So they start with some lossy material...point is, they are just as passionate about music as we were in those years. I'm not sure the mp3 vs. audiophile is a wholly valid picture. Mp3s have also come a LONG way. And, who better to possibly appreciate great sound, after listening through crappy earbuds on a bus all day : ) Audiophiles in the making I say!
