Anecdotally I don’t see that happening with either children or adults.
I also think it is arrogant IF you are suggesting children or adults can’t or don’t discern high quality music playback when they hear it.
Anecdotally lots of folks are subjected to not only good quality live music but also good quality reproduced music. However it seems only a small portion of those folks ever pursue buying high end audio equipment. It has never been any different has it?
As far as I can tell there is more high-end audio equipment being sold than ever before.
