Use PSUD2 simulation

It may work or may not work depending on DCR of the 6.3 V winding, capacitance, and forward voltage drop in rectifier diodes. Even with best Schottky diodes, expect 2x0.4=0.8 V of voltage drop in the full wave rectifier. Also, most tubes will work fine with 10% reduced heater voltage, or 5.7 V. Play with it in PSUD2, and you will see.
