Yeah, we've been here before. Charles Hansen thought MQA was nothing more than a clever licensing ploy that appears to have been too cute by half. Shortly after SACD was introduced I recall some loon on here insisting conventional CDs would be made obsolete by SACD.
At least the Ray Dolby's of this world offered a product that delivered a pronounced improvement.
