Yes

I've compared Tidal MQA streams with either high-res downloads from HDTracks or my own DVD-A rips, mostly with albums from the Warner catalog. These sound like they come from the same master. In some cases I didn't hear a difference between the MQA version and the FLAC file. In other cases, I preferred the FLAC file, but not by a huge amount.

I've also compared them with CD rips. But pretty much all of the high res content that Warner has put out on DVD-A, HDTracks, or Tidal was remastered, so the CD rips aren't really comparable.
