Ok, that's not really fair. Nor is: No highs, no lows ... it must be Blose!

However, it is my personal opinion that Bose is w-a-y overhyped and marketed for what you get. You don't think Paul Harvey endorses stuff for free, do you? All that marketing money has to come from somewhere. I mean, come on, over $400 for a plastic AM/FM table radio? Wish I had invented it!

To be somewhat fair, I'm sure to the great unwashed (ears?) of the general public, Bose sounds impressive. Just do a little price-point comparison shopping first. IMHO, the true genious of Dr. Bose was in carving out a niche of "big" sound from a tiny, discreet package. He read the market like a book and is milking it expertly and my hat is off to him. Brilliant!
