I usually cut it dry, with a 12" miter saw, using a carbide blade. Works fine on Aluminum too. Copper is more sticky so tends to be a bit more grabby when machining/cutting so be prepared for that.
but as mentioned, turning those kind of heat dissipators for Eimac tubes is better done via machining from one piece (and I would take used-hifi up on his generous offer!)
