We can agree to disagree TK but if your using sulphur cutting oil on aluminum imo you have no idea what your doing, any real machinest at the least will use wd40 on aluminum
I and many others use propanol for aluminum not once ever has there been a fire hazard lol
I find that the old timers are very stubborn to actually learn anything new, this is real problem that you may think you know everything but if you think this way you will never learn anything new .
Before you write it off give it a try, alcohol is cheap and The Most effective machining aluminum we have tried it is non toxic won't give you cancer like sulphur based cutting oils will
