Wire marketers (none manufacture their own wires) would be out of business first because no one has ever heard sound quality differences in front of witnesses when two wires played music at the same SPL with the brand names hidden. Please provide a name if you think I'm wrong about wires of normal lengths intended for audio use.People are normally subjective, biased, opinionated, have unproven beliefs and lie about about ... themselves -- so why should people behave differently in regard to audio equipment?
As men, we all know our "equipment" is a reflection of our selves.
We experience cognitive dissonance when new information contradicts our old beliefs.
Beliefs are comfortable like an old shoe.
Reality and truth can be jarring.
