Re: Since DBTs are so great, why then do precious few audio manufacturers ever mention them?

Is your emotional and negative response towards DBTs representative of audiophiles? If so, would a manufacturer trying to sell products to people such as yourself be wise or unwise to mention DBTs?

What message would this be putting across? Something like cheap receivers are as good as expensive receivers perhaps? And what does that say about the rest of Zapasonics range? What would their dealers and sales people think? What does it do for the brand?

This cannot be a serious question. No cable company is going to go near valid listening comparisons between cables. Assuming the impossible and such an advert was put out what is the message? Cheap cables are as good as expensive? If so, why buy Greenjeans cables and not cheap unbranded cables of the same specification? What about the rest of Greenjeans cable range? What about Greenjeans brand? Who are Greenjeans customers that believe in DBTs for branded cables?
