Measurements can tell a great deal about the objective performance of audio gear

if you know how to use them, which in turn let's one judge the quality of engineering, design, how the amp can interact with a load, and other important information. They can provide a direction as to how the amp might sound but ultimately, whether one "likes" it or not requires listening to the amp in one's system.
