You are of course right about the 2nd order crossover design.

But Warm has current mags AFAIK which are not a 2nd order design, but a first order design.

FWIW if you use the same frequency for the low pass and high pass then the polarity swap at least in my crossover program does nothing as text book would predict.

Though the points are not textbook, and are far apart with lp at 290hz and high pass at 3300. With those points inverting makes a big difference in the curve.
