Hi Colin,
The US company that sells them is having a summer sale with reduced prices and a "best offer" option if you buy them on eBay rather than Audiogon. The eBay listing shows shipping to North and South America only for most of the fuses but some ship international. I offered $5 less than the sale price on all of the fuses and the offers were accepted. The prices varied by fuse rating and size, from $30 to $45, but the fuses for the Maggies were $45 USD each + $4.95 shipping per order. I started with the tweeter fuses, then got the rest after I heard the results. HiFi Tuning is a German company so there may be different pricing on your side of the pond.
There are other audiophile fuses out there, and the SilverStar fuses I got are the high end fuses from HiFi Tuning. I haven't tried other brands or the lower level level fuses from HiFi Tuning so I can't offer a critique other than I really like what I have.
Regards,
Steve
