RE: "Odin 2" Silver vs. Gold

I believe you, and that is why I've ordered the Gold version to compare.

But, I also believe the seller, telling me that the wire and geometry and plugs are the same between the Odin II silver and the Odin II Gold, and only the color differs. Could this be that they use a different "shield" material around the wires (which is what give the visual color to the cable) and that, it's enough to change the sound of the cable? I don't really see any other explanation.
