when I was in the room at 11 am Sat morning the left speaker was all the way in the corner as was the right speaker even though it was against a desk/cabinet type - piece of furniture. I would certainly have mentioned it if they were not in the corners as mine are. Maybe you moved them closer together later in the day?
It is helpful to know what you were running that day. I am sure the level 2 pre in my Meishu is no match for the M6...
