The units you see on AN Kits are made to be balanced to each other either a basic system or signature system. There's not a lot of upgrades on the speakers so you should get the better Kit 03. The rest you can start from basic kits and gradually upgrade them. Besides the Kit 1/PQ I started with DAC kit1.1 and still have it with black gates in digital board. Then I built a DAC kit2.1B and now upgraded to C which I am very pleased The new DAC kit 1.1 comes with a 2.1 chassis, so you can upgrade to 2.1 without changing the chassis. Since you shopping list has increased from speakers/kit 1 to the whole system, you might as well get the line amp too.
