...appears ideal. That being said, In my opinion, you will get the best sound if you do only two channel in one of the bedrooms, making it a dedicated listening room. In this way, you can adequately treat the room for acoustics, which can make a HUGE difference--this would be hard to do in the living room. Good luck!
