Home Planar Speaker Asylum

Welcome! Need support, you got it. Or share your ideas and experiences.

I think I'd flip sides.

As much as my initial reaction was to keep things as they are, I kinda like having equal walls/cavities around and behind my speakers (I built an extra sloped wall in the corner behind my left speaker so both sides are equal). That and the fact that at least above the pony wall you would have more breathing room for the back wave. I'd place my gear in the desk area and work on some wall treatment for the pony wall between (and perhaps behind) the speakers. Guaranteed to sound better? Nope. Just my opinion.
