again, i don't get too worked up over music discussions, but you said that other than the brian wilson, the rest of the beach boys were not a factor creatively.every song i ever heard from dennis wilson, blows my mind. pacific ocean blue is listed by mojo magazine as one of the all time best forgotten albums (as well as roky erikson and the aliens).
river song from P.O.B. is my all time favorite song, along with steamboat from BB Holland.
if you say brian was cheesy at times, i'd agree. if you think dennis wilson was a non-factor and a non-talent, then i'd strongly disagree.
