Re: Apollo Software issues.

Update to my last post.

One thing I failed to mention.

I had the display switched off, finished playing a CD and went to play the next one.

The display failed to come back either aotomatically or with the remote. There was no 'Door open' message etc.

The next disc was loaded and nothing happened at all.

I had to reboot the machine before it started to work properly.

Any way I have been to the dealer, and checked my discs on their demo unit. The CD-R worked fine and the CD initialised, but took longer than normal. It too played fine.

The state of play at the moment is that the dealer is returning my Apollo back to Rega and they have loaned me an Apollo in the meantime.

Interestingly the loan machine's serial number is about 150 different to mine.

I am looking forward to a week or so of trouble free listening because I do love the sound!
