Just Won 2.5/R Ebay, your thoughts on tweets

Okay, so I was lucky enough to win an Ebay auction (local p/u only) for some maggie 2.5/R's. Look to be in good condition, but we'll see for certain once I pick up in a few days. But, seller listed one tweet as bad. See attached photo. I realize you may not be able to tell from the photo, but can anyone determine if that's the ribbon tweeter that's bad or the fabric covering it? Wouldn't the tweeters be covered and not exposed? I ask only because I'm figuring out if I should call Magnepan now and get a head start on a replacement or what. I think I can get tweeters for $75 from Magnepan?

Any other info on 2.5's would be appreciated, seems to be the "forgotten" semi-modern/soon to be semi-vintage Maggie. Oh, and anyone who can tell me how to get these in the front door and hooked-up before my wife throws something at me would be my hero!
