Obviously, a stone won't make a CPU run faster, but I wonder how it might affect hd and cdrom data reads. Fewer re-read, re-write things might affect some applications working with large data files.The problem anymore is that CPUs are way too fast. A blink or a half a blink, who cares? It's fast enough. 933Mhz, 1.5? My 400 is fine with enough memory for Billy and the boys to waste.
