Let me try to clear the air again...

This comment of yours was what prompted my later posts. Judging from what I've read at the Patent Office's web site, I believe that comment is false.

I certainly don't want to be misled by misinformation and your comment clearly conflicts with the published patent guidelines. It's possible the Patent Office does not strongly enforce their published guidelines. If you know that as a fact from your expertise, that's all we need to know. If you're just mouthing off an opinion that's no better than my neighbor's dog's opinion (not saying you are), then you're just wasting bandwidth and everyone's time.

I'll let others judge whether you have real expertise in the patent process or not. And please, if you respond, please respond to the *real* discussion. If you're not intimately involved in the patent process, please don't hide that fact behind a flurry of insults. This is getting ridiculous. (Not it was wasn't already.)
