Steve, I think you miss the point. I've done single blind tests as well as subjective tests. I've even played the reverse psychology game trying to get a friend to pick the apparently better looking cable. Results have varied from a flip of a coin to near perfect picks. Of course, YMMV.But my point is simply that some of the people commenting negatively have zero experience with the product. It's the same type of naivete that takes a couple of DBT tests and extrapolates those results to proclaim that everything sounds the same.
I really don't have a 'dog in this fight' and am not really a tweaky guy, but I can imagine that some systems might benefit by a product that addresses problems with EMI. Sure, a system ought not to have EMI issues, but I'm realistic enough to think that not all products are prefeectly designed.
