On second look and reading your beautifully done manual in depth, what you've done is essentially the same basic R-C array that Al set me up with. Our cap and resistor values are different, but we're working with different cables and what's at hand, I assume.
The big difference I note is that you do the Maher shielding scheme, first the TI, then the ground. That's what I'm most curious about. The original Walker links appear to have a copper or metallic jacket, so I assumed they might be shielded, but not grounded.
Without the grounding scheme this is a deceptively simple device with not so small advantage.
In your grouding scheme, why did you use 12 AWG? Why not something smaller, since it doesn't carry AC current? And did you test the TI Shielded without the grounding vs. with the grounding? I'm quite curious about this aspect of your devices.
