I would guess the improvements for IC's would be even greater....seeing that the signal from IC's are being amplified. A clean signal into the preamp and amp would mean even a better signal going to the speakers...IMHO.

I think you did a wonderful job though....also maybe I missed it but were does the single 12ga wire go to coming out of the boxes? I see the single silver leads going to the speakers, but I didnt see a pic showing the other end of the single wire.
