If it does that merely proves that the ground in your house is broken by audiophile standards and needs fixing. I think having the isolated ground has given you interesting data in the form of what should be possible by fixing the ground in your homes electrical wiring. It isn't impossible to get sweet sound while still satisfying NEC requirements. Especially after seeing some of your other posts I think you ought to look into fixing the houses ground before you do the final A/B. That way it will be fair since it sounds like right now your house's wiring "earth" might not be all that.
