because so many have heard a difference. Fact is you are preaching to the choir here...kinda. But I have heard what balanced power does and can attest that some interconnects and speaker cables do indeed sound different. For me plain jane is good enough but if others feel a power cord for hundreds is a smart investment (after audtion) who am I to say differently? One thing is certain in audio...Everything makes a difference and it is the sum of the parts that paints the whole picture.I can see reasons why certain wire parameters, like ofc or continious cast might help to make a better transformer leave alone sliver or type of di-electric used. Certain transformer standards also require virgin (non-recycled) copper.
