Not sure what you're trying to say . . .

But Mullard manufacturered 7247s under their own label and for others, including RCA; and RCA-made 7247s under their own label and for others, including Mullard. That's was the nature of the industry then. I didn't think that was an issue.

Whatever the brand, all the Mullard-made 7247s I have sound very good. I think your observation supports this. I have some RCA-made (i.e. U.S. made) and branded 7247s that sound nice. But I have some other RCA-made branded Mullards that are not as nice.

My observations have little to do with burn-in; I generally do not draw any conclusion until after at least a week of fairly critical listening, during which most tubes will have settled in.
