I have some RCA-made (i.e. U.S. made) and branded 7247s that sound nice. But I have some other RCA-made branded Mullards that are not as nice.
My observations have little to do with burn-in; I generally do not draw any conclusion until after at least a week of fairly critical listening, during which most tubes will have settled in.
