OK, your particular system has an isolation between the decoding and tyhe DAC. But what about the components that do not?

Any stand alone DVD-A player (or other device) using MLP (or an equivalent) has all of the goodies inside one chassis, running off of the same power supply, same ground, etc.

[ Please also consider difference in sound quality on SOTA equipment may not be due to jitter, it may be due to other factors including differences in the analog circuits. ]

He he, didn't you know? All those things sound the same, DBT's have proven it! ;-)
