completely agree

My only critique of the AKG K701 headphones is that it needs a bit of taming at the high end and a bit of ooomph at the low end. Everything else is pretty much excellent.

I have owned the Sony MDR-V6 in the past (gave them to my brother) and I have a pair of Sony MDR-V900 headphones that I no longer use. If I could take the lows and highs from the MDR-V900 headphones and give it to the AKG K701 headphones, that would be my ideal headphone.
