RE: Trouble contacting Magnepan

Satie, please forgive me for writing that's neither here nor there. Put yourself in the shoes of a newbie who just received his 20.7 and had reason to phone them (as they ask their customers to do), and no one was present to take your call, don't tell us you wouldn't be plenty pissed. I'm aware about the ability to contact my dealer, but it's Magnepan that issued my new product warranty, and for any number of reasons I would prefer hearing something straight out of the 'horse's mouth', and not anything comparable to 'she said, he said'.

I think we all can come-up with remedies to prevent the present situation from taking place. Moreover Mr. Diller (and poor Wendell) assured us nothing like this would ever happen again!
