Trouble contacting Magnepan

I'm having the darndest time getting ahold of someone at Magnepan.

I have a pair of 1.5qr's that I love dearly, but one of the units is suffering from severe de-lamination and has a substantial rattle. I've fixed it once but it's back to the ole' rattle again after just a few months.

I'm trying to get ahold of someone in service at Magnepan and have left messages etc. No returned calls, and no answer. I'm trying to figure out my options. Do I repair the 1.5? How much is that going to run me? Should I read the writing on the wall and buy the 1.7's?

I went to listen to some Martin Logans yesterday, because, well, they pick up the phone at least. But I'm spoiled by the Maggies so I'd rather find a solution than jump ship to a speaker that'll do but I don't find as sonically pleasing.
