Do you really sit that far away from the speakers? Not good....
You need to get closer to an equilateral triangle, whatever the cost. And in your room, I would advise more absoprtive material. It looks like it is very live right now. But room treatment shouldn't be the #1 priority just yet. Rearranging the room should take precedence.
