My GCC-250 (should be here tomorrow) is lightly used. I actually bought it from Underwood Wally...did he do the mods for you??? Just curious if you had a before and after comparison of the changes, and if you recommend the mods. Huge soundstage and detail are what I'm looking for. I may be interested in the future, especially when I have the Magnestand MMG mods done. Thanks for the reply!
By the way, I just listened to Rush' "Big Money" and HOLY CRAP!!! There's alot of FAST information at the intro to that song, and the MMG's never missed a step.
I'm still amazed at the folks that claim Maggies are bass shy. I have a small room, but they are very well-endowed! They don't plumb like a huge floorstander, but they definitely don't have to make apologies.
