Norm probably the easiest way to find what your home should have for earth grounding is to contact your local government Building Inspection Department. Ask for Electrical Inspection. Just let them know you are interested in knowing what the required earth Grounding Electrode/s was required for your home at the time the home was built. You will need to know the year the home was built.
You could also call an Electrical contractor from your area. Depending on the contractor he may only charge a one or two hour service charge to come to your home to verify exactly what you have and check the terminations at both ends of the ground wire/s (Grounding Electrode Conductor/s) that connects the Grounding Electrode/s to the main service entrance neutral.
If your house was built around 1978 or newer I would bet your home has a minimum of (2) earth Grounding Electrodes.
Below is a Link that may help for your area. Scroll down and check out Article 250.
