Heh, me too kicked from everywhere. Thanks God for that, so I cannot tell the truth to these people so they stay as they are.
Anyway, he claims that some cable introduces higher order harmonics!!
Is he serious, or just making joke?
Cable if not properly terminated will introduce some RF distortion, but that's not even similar to be called harmonic distortion.
I give him credit for trying to bring some brain in this brainless area, but he just brings more problems.
Anyone who wants their cables properly checked and measured should contact companies that calibrate "fancy" equipment. I would personally send it to HP. They will have all that is needed for any measurment of any cable you may ask. You will pay them about 1h labour, and get 25 pages of measuring results for any cable under all posible condition.
And this guy should send his analyzer for cal as well, obviously isn't good.
