I'm second hand John, with antiquated test equipment. I can easily measure down to .0001% , at least with my set-up that cost $30,000 new, and has been updated by both ST and me.
Steve had no test equipment that I know about.
It is kind of like a kid, without a car, criticising a 1975 Porsche that has been kept up and modified by the owner.
