Yes, the analogue section is all that really matters,
because in a modern system you are damn unlikely to
even feel any effects of Jitter. Close to nothing
can happen on the way to your DAC (unless you have a
crappy one without good Jitter correction, or you have
been throwing your CDs into the kid's sandbox), so it is
absolutely right to pay maximum attention to whatever
happens after conversion.
