Where it gets dicey is that even though many (if not most) of the DBT'ers don't indulge in such tests, they require it of anyone making a claim of sonic differences.
---I think that a manufacturer making that claim (specifically the claim of sonic differences, mind you, not something else like "makes you longer, smoother, wider, new ford fairlane...)) ought, on the other hand, to prove it.
