It's a relief to know that I was not being attacked. I don't quarrel with your dictionary definition of the term "dynamics", but we all know that the audiophile language and the English language often part company. The term as used by audiophiles, as in X is more dynamic than Y, could very well indicate that the writer is talking about better clarity, naturalness, and speed (especially "speed"), along with still other qualities. Please see my posting above in response to Mike. I welcome information about new products, especially new OTLs; I had never even heard of the Tenor OTLs prior to reading Mike's original posting, so I am in no way qualified to say ipso facto that the MA2s are a better product. But if one is going to make bald statements about product superiority, one ought to state the conditions under which the observations were made so others can judge the relevance. Mike was kind enough to do that in his response to my inquiry. It will be interesting to learn if your and his judgment holds up over several months of continued listening.
