those specs are 70's SP15A from EV's literature and my example (and IIRC Gary's) had very low qts which was raised somewhat with a 2ohm resistor under a frame spoke.
vas in those published specs was 9.9 cubic feet or ~280.368 liters
I've measured my SP15A ---- at any rate its not your driver and these specs are bogus for some SP15A and probably not applicable to earlier SP15 or SP15B type
get someone to measure your drivers then you'll have an idea of what might work.

Qms = 6.0571
Qes = 0.3111
Qts = 0.2959
Le = 0.4136 mH @1kHz
XLe = 7.6839 impedance @1kHz
