re:qts = 0.45 -would be EV's figure for later SP15A which by my example was a very low qts woofer built something like a 4 oum verions 15L - qts was ~0.19 with SP15A's 2 ohm series resistor bypassed. SP15, 15TRX and 616HC probalby have pretty low Q - my Knight "SP15" from 60's had prettier mids than 70's SP15A and more compliant -- in K15 it reminded me of an extended range 416 - your 615HC should sound great and may work in some PA-type scoops/BLH (maybe DJK would commnent)
it wouldn't hurt to have T-S measurements
