is to move the m3 output tx as far from other tx as possible. In specific, getting more than a few inches (as in an equipment rack setup) between the m3 pre and any other compenents' mains tx. I haven't worked on this yet, but I intend to try this first as it's easiest to do! Just move as far as interconnects allow and see if the hum decreases.
Bambadoo, your build addresses all of the points you bring up as possible sources of hum. Was the build done all at once, or did you for example use the single point of ground on the m3 board alone to see it's effect? Curious, as I'd like to keep the output tx at the back of the unit if I can, and moving the choke would be the second thing I try after the single point grounding.
