No beef, I was just having a little dig at your use of 'cheap'. I find it pervasive in the audiophile community and usually meant pejoratively. It is an audiophile meme that more expense means better when it is often far from obvious why, which is a nice story for audio manufacturers as they can make increasingly expensive products.
NAD is a fine company, the M33 a fine product and I think it to their credit that they are open enough to license the Eigentakt technology. I expect that they have customized it to fit their supply chain and quality standards but they don't claim to have made it better as an amplifier. And, as I mused, maybe NAD's cost to make an Eigentakt module is less than the price to buy those eval boards.
