Maggie 3.7's vs 3.6's

It seems that those who have invested in the 3.7's are very pleased with them, after break-in. I have the 3.6's, (now about eight years old), and I'm thinking of selling them and investing in the 3.7's. My 3.6's have had better days (I have re-glued the wires on both), but I still love their sound (provided I don't crank it up too much on some solo piano music). - To those who have listened to both, would the 3.7's provide enough improvement over the 3.6's to justify the investment? I listen to a wide variety of music, but mainly classical, along with some country/blue-grass and rock. (For example, I visited Jim Morrison's grave, which is something of a pilgrimage site for R&Rrs, last year.)

Another, less costly option might be to send the 3.6's back to Magneplaner for a total rebuild, for several $$ thousands.

Thanks for any suggestions or recommendations.

Jim
