Alan,Thank you much for the informative reply. This really does sound like the same problem I am having. This problem has been very sporadic, and hard to chase down. Forgive me for the novice electrical question, but how do I add a .1uf bypass capacitor across the line. Where do I find such a device? Luckily the only lights which have induced this problem are the florescents in my basement.
